We are seeking Pharmacy Graduates to join our pharmacy operations team supporting US healthcare workflows. 6 months to 1 year of experience with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in US Healthcare or Pharmacy Operations will be given preference.

This is an India-based role involving medication refill support, clinical documentation, and coordination with healthcare providers and pharmacies in compliance with regulatory standards.

Eligibility

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D)
- 6 months to 1 year of experience with positive communication skills can apply
- Prior exposure to US Healthcare.
- Prior experience in RCM & Prior Auth.
- Willingness to work in night shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Review patient charts and ensure accurate clinical documentation
- Support medication refill workflows
- Analyze prescriptions for therapeutic appropriateness




- Coordinate with healthcare providers and pharmacies for clarifications
- Apply pharmacology knowledge across therapeutic classes and disease states
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines
- Identify issues and support resolution through analytical thinking

Required Skills

Preference will be given to the candidates who are having experience in US Healthcare
