Skywalk Restaurant, located within the beautiful Veera Resorts, offers a premium dining experience that matches our resort’s relaxing and luxurious ambiance. We serve a diverse, multi-cuisine menu featuring expertly crafted South Indian, North Indian, Tandoor, Chinese, and Continental dishes. We are seeking a hospitality professional to join our team as a Restaurant Captain to lead our front-of-house service and ensure our resort guests enjoy world-class hospitality.What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

- Manage Resort Dining: Oversee daily front-of-house operations at Skywalk Restaurant, coordinating guest seating, table turns, and section assignments.
- Lead the Team: Conduct pre-shift briefings, delegate duties to servers and runners, check grooming standards, and mentor junior staff to ensure flawless service.
- Master Multi-Cuisine Service: Guide guests confidently through our diverse menu, offering recommendations across our South Indian, North Indian, Tandoor, Chinese, and Continental offerings.
- Bridge Kitchen & Floor:



Coordinate closely with the kitchen team and Tandoor/live-station chefs to ensure dietary preferences, allergy requirements, and course timings are perfectly managed.
- Guest Relations: Build rapport with resort guests, handle special requests, and swiftly resolve any service or food issues to maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure strict adherence to restaurant cleanliness, proper side-station stocking, and elegant table setups before every shift.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

- Experience: 2+ years of F&B; service experience in a premium restaurant, upscale hotel, or resort environment, with at least 1 year in a Captain or senior supervisory role.
- Culinary Literacy: Good familiarity with multi-cuisine dining operations, including a strong understanding of Indian, Pan-Asian, and Continental service styles.
- Skills: Strong leadership, excellent verbal communication, and a welcoming, guest-first attitude suited for a resort atmosphere.
- Shift Flexibility: Ability to work adaptable resort operational hours, including weekends, holidays, and split shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
