We are looking for motivated and result-oriented freelance telecallers to join our growing real estate business in Nagpur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers and generate genuine interest in residential property projects.
- Understand customers’ budgets, preferences, and property requirements.
- Share project details and follow up with interested leads.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with potential buyers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate telecalling is preferred and required for this role.
- Good sales and customer-handling skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage potential buyers and follow up professionally.
- Basic knowledge of residential flats and real estate sales.
- Must be based in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
