### **About the Role**

TechFi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **Assistant Quality Manager** to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Quality department by ensuring that our customer service and operational processes meet the highest standards. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking and the ability to work in a fast-paced BPO workplace.

### **Key Requirements**

* Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi mandatory)

* Minimum **2 years experience in BPO quality department is preferred**

* **Immediate joiners** will be highly considered.

* Age **25+ **

* Graduate in any discipline

* Salary: **₹20,000 – ₹28,000 CTC**

* Work Mode: **Remote**

### **Roles & Responsibilities**

* Monitor and evaluate call/content quality using quality frameworks, scorecards, and guidelines

* Provide constructive feedback to agents to improve performance, accuracy,



and customer satisfaction

* Assist the Quality Manager in audits, reporting, and process improvements

* Identify training needs and coordinate with the training team for refresher sessions

* Maintain Quality MIS reports, call logs, errors, and performance trends

* Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and suggest corrective actions

* Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and client expectations

* Participate in calibration sessions to align quality standards across teams

* Work closely with operations teams to resolve process gaps and improve SLA performance

* Assist in developing recent quality checklists, SOPs, and quality improvement plans

* Support new project transitions from a quality perspective

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience

* Handle escalations and provide resolution support when required

* Ensure that all quality activities are documented accurately and submitted on time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
