Team: Retail Expansion

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

- You will evaluate and finalize strategic dealership locations to ensure maximum brand visibility and operational feasibility

- You will work with design agencies and dealers to adapt Experience Center and Service Center templates to specific local floor plans

- You will oversee the development and rollout of accurate architectural, electrical, and plumbing construction drawings

- You will manage client-side construction by coordinating between dealers, general contractors, specialized vendors, and engineering consultants

- You will conduct regular site visits to troubleshoot construction hurdles, enforce quality control, and keep the project on schedule for its committed launch date

- You will handle the end-to-end procurement and delivery of fixtures, furniture, signage, and technical equipment to prevent setup delays

- You will supervise the final fit-out, graphics, signage, and accessorization to ensure full alignment with brand aesthetic and functional standards





- You will verify that all critical non-structural infrastructure including systems, high-speed connectivity, utilities, and security protocols operational prior to opening

- You will oversee initial inventory stock-in and visual merchandising in strict accordance with corporate planograms and the management playbook

- You will assist dealer and operations teams with hiring and ensure all current staff complete required brand and technical certifications before launch

Ideal candidate

- 3–4 years of experience in automotive retail build, co-working space development, or commercial interior fit-outs

- Proven ability to manage vendors, consultants, and contractors simultaneously

- Proven track record of managing multiple projects across different geographies simultaneously

- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to oversee site launches
