Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Content Creator to create engaging short-form videos, promotional content, reels, and visual creatives for our Learning Management System (LMS).

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI video generation, AI image generation, voice-over, and video editing tools to transform ideas, scripts, and educational concepts into engaging content for students and social media audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging AI-generated videos, Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos for the LMS platform.
- Convert provided scripts, concepts, and educational topics into visually appealing video content.
- Generate AI visuals, characters, scenes, animations, and backgrounds using AI tools.
- Create short promotional videos explaining LMS features, courses, learning benefits, and student opportunities.
- Produce content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Use AI-generated or recorded voice-overs and synchronize them effectively with visuals.
- Add subtitles, captions, transitions, sound effects, background music, and motion graphics.
- Create thumbnails and supporting visual creatives when required.
- Experiment with new AI video-generation tools and techniques to improve content quality.
- Maintain consistent branding, visual style, tone, and messaging across LMS content.
- Optimize videos for different social-media formats,



particularly 9:16 vertical short-form content.
- Work with the marketing/product team to turn campaign ideas into finished video content.

AI Tools
Candidates should have experience with some AI creative tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Sora, HeyGen, Synthesia, Pika, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms.

Knowledge of every tool is not mandatory. We are primarily looking for someone who can quickly learn new AI tools and consistently produce high-quality content.

Preferred Candidate

- Creative mindset with a positive understanding of social-media trends.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and audience engagement.
- Comfortable experimenting with different AI models and prompts.
- Able to take a basic idea or script and independently turn it into a finished video.
- Understanding of content targeted toward students, learners, and young professionals.
- Portfolio or sample AI-generated videos/reels will be preferred.

Portfolio Requirement
Applicants should share 2–5 sample videos or a portfolio demonstrating their video editing, AI-generated content, Reels/Shorts, animation, or related creative work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
