Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accounting Analyst to manage financial reporting, MIS preparation, account reconciliation, and transaction monitoring in our fintech organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Monitor payments, receipts, settlements, and outstanding transactions.
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Assist with financial reporting, audits, and month-end closing.
- Analyse financial data and improve reporting processes.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting fundamentals.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in fintech or financial services will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
