Job Title: Automation & Fixture Maintenance Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Install, assemble, and maintain industrial fixtures and automated equipment.
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and identify root causes to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose PLC faults and support program modifications in automated systems.
- Perform electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting.
- Maintain and troubleshoot sensors, motors, actuators, and servo drive systems.
- Support HMI operations, control panel troubleshooting, and PLC wiring.
- Conduct functional testing, calibration, and performance verification of fixtures and equipment.
- Interpret engineering drawings and support fixture inspection and validation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve automation issues.




- Maintain equipment maintenance records and follow safety and quality standards.

Key Skills & Requirements

- 4–8 years of experience in industrial automation, fixture maintenance, or equipment engineering.
- Hands-on experience in automated machinery and fixture troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of PLC systems, programming, and fault diagnosis.
- Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with sensors, motors, servo drives, and control panels.
- Knowledge of HMI systems and industrial wiring.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
