Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Lead – Callback to manage callback operations, lead follow-ups, telecalling activities, and digital marketing support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and team management skills, experience in handling customer inquiries, and knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the telecalling team to ensure effective customer communication and timely callbacks.
- Monitor callback requests, follow up with leads, and ensure inquiries are handled promptly.
- Assign leads to team members, track performance, and achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to generate and follow up on leads.
- Manage and monitor social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Support social media content planning, posting, audience engagement, and inquiry management.
- Track campaign performance, lead conversion rates,



and team productivity.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on callbacks, leads, conversions, and team performance.
- Train and motivate team members to improve communication, productivity, and sales performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or lead management.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Experience in handling social media platforms and managing customer inquiries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital marketing analytics is an advantage.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in telecalling, team management, digital marketing, and social media handling.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per month
