1) Handle end-to-end procurement of construction materials as per project requirements and approved budgets.

2) Float enquiries, compare quotations, negotiate prices, finalize vendors, and process POs.

3)Coordinate with site teams, Stores, and Accounts for timely material delivery and documentation.

4) Maintain procurement MIS, PRs, POs, GRNs, invoices, GST, and statutory records.

5) Monitor material consumption, stock levels, and delivery schedules to avoid shortages.

6) Manage rejected material returns, replacements, logistics, and related documentation.

Requirement :
Required Candidate Profile

- Experience in purchasing construction, civil, and infrastructure materials.
- Knowledge of cement, steel, sand, aggregates,



bricks, RMC, plumbing, electrical, and finishing materials.
- Vendor identification, negotiation, quotation comparison, and purchase order processing.
- Coordination with site engineers, stores, accounts, and suppliers.
- Knowledge of PR, PO, GRN, invoices, GST, procurement MIS, and SAP/ERP.
- Material delivery tracking, inventory control, and rejected material replacement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
