We are looking for a motivated Design Engineer Trainee / Intern who is interested in mechanical design and Special Purpose Machine (SPM) design. The candidate should have a strong working knowledge of SolidWorks, which is mandatory, and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using SolidWorks.
- Prepare mechanical components, assemblies, and detailed drawings.
- Make design modifications based on project requirements.
- Assist senior design engineers with SPM machine design activities.
- Prepare and update technical drawings and design documentation.
- Coordinate with the production and assembly teams when required.
Required Skills
- SolidWorks – Mandatory
- AutoCAD – Basic knowledge preferred.
- Understanding of mechanical engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of 3D modelling and 2D drafting.
- Willingness to learn and develop mechanical design skills.
Eligibility
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
