Job Title: Accountant
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
Experience: 2–5 years preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, handle GST and taxation-related activities, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, purchase entries, and payment records.
- Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Work on Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel for accounting and reporting.
- Maintain ledgers, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.




- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in GST return filing and TDS compliance.
- Knowledge of payroll accounting and statutory deductions.
- Experience handling complete accounting independently.

Interview / Selection Process

- Initial screening and discussion of experience.
- Technical assessment of accounting, GST, TDS, Tally, and Excel knowledge.
- Final interview with the management team.
