Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Architect to support the planning, design, coordination, and execution of railway and metro rail infrastructure projects. The candidate will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure architectural designs comply with project specifications, applicable building codes, safety standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings for railway infrastructure projects.
- Assist in the design and development of railway stations, metro stations, station buildings, offices, passenger facilities, and associated structures.
- Develop architectural drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and other engineering teams.
- Review drawings, design documents, and technical specifications for compliance with project requirements.
- Support preparation of design submissions, tender drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve design-related issues.
- Conduct site visits and assist in monitoring construction progress and architectural quality.
- Ensure accessibility, passenger circulation, fire safety,



and relevant railway/metro design standards are considered.
- Incorporate design revisions and maintain drawing registers and documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture, where applicable.
- 1–5 years of experience in architectural design, infrastructure, railway, metro rail, or commercial building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools, and MS Office is preferred.
- Understanding of architectural drawings, building codes, construction materials, and detailing.
- Good coordination, communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience

- Railway station or metro station architectural design.
- Transportation infrastructure and public building projects.
- Design coordination with structural and MEP consultants.
- Site execution, drawing reviews, and construction documentation.
