ROLE OVERVIEW

Manage day-to-day marketplace operations for a UK-based client, with responsibility for product listings, seller account health, promotions and accurate operational reporting. The role requires independent working and excellent professional English communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Product listings: Add, edit, update and remove listings; upload client-provided titles, descriptions, images, pricing and product specifications.
- Catalogue management: Maintain accurate categorisation, product variations, catalogue data and inventory information.
- Account health: Monitor seller performance, policy alerts and account health; investigate issues and escalate risks promptly.
- Issue resolution: Resolve rejected or suppressed listings and liaise with marketplace support where required.
- Promotions: Set up, schedule and monitor marketplace deals, discounts and promotional campaigns.
- Reporting & communication: Track tasks, maintain records and provide clear, timely updates to UK stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- 1–3 years of practical experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Hands-on experience with relevant marketplaces,



including product listing and catalogue administration.
- Working knowledge of seller account health, marketplace compliance and promotions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CSV files and bulk listing tools.
- Strong organisation, accuracy, ownership and ability to work independently.

ENGLISH COMMUNICATION — MANDATORY

Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong grammar and spelling, confident communication with UK clients, and the ability to write clear professional emails and reports.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

UK e-commerce operations; managing multiple marketplaces; Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop or Shopify; exposure to B&Q; Marketplace or Temu; marketplace SEO and listing troubleshooting.

IMPORTANT ROLE NOTE

The client will initially supply product titles, descriptions and images. The primary requirement is accurate listing execution and ongoing marketplace management, not original copywriting or photography.

Pay: ₹210,000.00 - ₹479,000.00 per year
