AI Creative Video Producer & Animator

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, technically skilled AI Video Producer & Animator to turn scripts and ideas into engaging AI-generated videos, animations, ads, and social content. You'll own projects from concept to final delivery.

Responsibilities

- Create AI-generated videos and animations for marketing, product promotions, social media, and storytelling
- Use text-to-video and image-to-video workflows; maintain consistent characters, backgrounds, and style across scenes
- Break scripts into scenes, storyboards, and AI prompts
- Edit videos with voiceovers, music, captions, sound effects, and basic colour correction
- Generate and sync AI voiceovers in English, Telugu, Hindi, or other languages
- Deliver polished videos for Instagram, YouTube, websites, and campaigns
- Review work for glitches, continuity, audio sync, and subtitle accuracy; incorporate team feedback
- Test current AI tools and build reusable prompts and workflows
- Meet agreed deadlines

Requirements





- Hands-on experience with AI video and image generation and prompt engineering
- Good video editing and basic animation skills
- Visual storytelling and basic cinematography knowledge
- Understanding of social media video formats
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently

Tools (experience with relevant ones is enough)

- AI Video: Runway, Kling, Pika, Luma, Google Flow/Veo, Seedance
- AI Image: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo, Canva AI
- AI Voice: ElevenLabs, Google AI voice tools
- Editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Canva

Preferred

- Degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Film, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with AI-generated ads, animated videos, or short films
- Portfolio or showreel of AI videos or animations

Selection Process
Portfolio screening, practical assignment (short AI video from a supplied brief), technical interview, final discussion.

Compensation
Up to ₹6,00,000 per annum (CTC), based on skills, portfolio, experience, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
