About Us

CareBuddy Service Provider is a healthcare support services company specializing in hospital insurance coordination, cashless processing, pre-authorization, reimbursement claim assistance, and health insurance claim management.

We also handle hospital grievances related to Health claims, including claim rejections, payment delays, claim discrepancies, and other claim-related issues. We coordinate with hospitals, insurance companies, and TPAs to support grievance resolution and ensure smooth claim processing.

Our goal is to provide reliable healthcare insurance support and help hospitals manage claim-related challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle cashless hospitalization and pre-authorization requests.
- Coordinate with Indian health insurance companies and TPAs.
- Verify medical documents, patient details, and insurance coverage.
- Submit pre-authorization requests and follow up on approvals.
- Handle insurance queries and coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and billing teams.
- Assist with reimbursement claims and claim documentation.




- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

- Knowledge of Indian health insurance and TPA procedures.
- Understanding of cashless claims and pre-authorization.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and computer operations.
- Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in a hospital insurance desk or TPA is preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.

Educational Qualification

- Must be a Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree required).
