About the Role

Goyal Brothers Prakashan (GBP) is looking for creative and technically skilled AI Video Editors & Motion Graphics Designers to produce engaging, high-quality digital content using AI-powered tools and professional video editing software.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, motion graphics, animation, and AI-assisted content creation, with the ability to transform creative concepts into compelling videos for educational, promotional, and digital marketing purposes.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality videos, promotional films, advertisements, social media reels, and short-form digital content.
- AI-Assisted Content Creation: Use AI tools to generate video clips, images, voiceovers, scripts, animations, and other creative assets.
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Create engaging motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, visual effects, and 2D animations.
- Educational Content: Develop creative videos for stories, poems, children's learning content, educational books, and academic resources.
- Creative Storytelling: Convert concepts, scripts, stories, and poems into visually appealing video content.
- Social Media Content:



Create reels, shorts, advertisements, and platform-specific videos for digital campaigns.
- Audio & Visual Enhancement: Handle sound design, background music, voice synchronization, colour correction, and final video polishing.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs follow brand guidelines and maintain high standards of quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work with editorial, marketing, design, and content teams to meet project deadlines.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with AI video and creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of motion graphics, animation, transitions, and visual effects.
- Ability to create engaging stories, poems, promotional videos, and advertisements.
- Knowledge of audio editing, sound effects, voiceovers, and colour grading.
- Strong creative thinking, visualisation, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, and AI-assisted creative work is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or certification in Video Editing, Animation, Multimedia,



Film Production, or a related discipline.
- Experience in educational publishing, children's content, digital marketing, or advertising will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-generated characters, lip-syncing, text-to-video, image-to-video, and AI voice generation.

Experience

Candidates with 1–5 years of relevant experience in video editing, motion graphics, animation, or AI-assisted content production are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
