Role: Accounts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete accounts and finance operations of the company.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings and statutory compliances.
- Preparation and review of financial statements, P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
- Manage banking transactions, loan documentation, and banking relationships.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Monitor budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and accounting records using accounting software.
- Handle monthly MIS reports and financial analysis for management review.




- Support management in financial decision-making and compliance matters.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of GST, taxation, and statutory compliance
- Experience in manufacturing industry accounting preferred
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems / MS Excel
- Good analytical and leadership skills
- Ability to manage team and financial operations independently

Qualification

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com with relevant experience
