Thaamarai World School is seeking a qualified, passionate, and dedicated Tamil Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate must possess a Master's degree in Tamil, a B.Ed. qualification, and strong subject knowledge.
Candidates must have completed all their educational qualifications through regular mode. Applicants with teaching experience in reputed CBSE schools will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Tamil language and literature according to the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and engaging classroom activities.
- Develop students' Tamil reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and maintain academic records.
- Use effective and interactive teaching methodologies.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning setting.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide additional support when required.
- Communicate with parents regarding students' academic development.
- Participate in academic meetings, school events, and other institutional activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's degree in Tamil is mandatory.
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- All educational qualifications must have been completed through regular mode.
- Teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school is preferred.
- Excellent Tamil language proficiency and subject knowledge.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to implement effective teaching strategies and support student development.
