Job Description :

- Identify and source suitable properties or land parcels for residential, commercial, or mixed-use development.

- Conduct thorough market research, feasibility studies, and site analysis to assess the potential of new acquisitions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, landowners, developers, and local authorities.

- Negotiate terms of purchase, lease, or joint development agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and track them through various stages of acquisition.

- Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Finance, Development,



and Design during due diligence and transaction closures.

- Ensure compliance with zoning, land use regulations, and legal documentation related to property acquisition.

- Participate in the creation of investment memos and presentations for senior leadership and investment committees.

- Stay updated on real estate market trends, land prices, policy changes, and competitor activities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
