We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Life / Wealth Insurance with strong domain knowledge in life insurance or wealth insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for product strategy, roadmap development, backlog prioritisation, stakeholder management, and end-to-end product delivery.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and technology teams to translate business requirements into effective product capabilities and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Candidates must currently be based in Delhi NCR and be willing to work on-site in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and prioritise the product backlog, including features, initiatives, and user stories.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals and technology strategy.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.
- Manage backlog refinement and prioritisation with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and technology teams.
- Work with Agile delivery teams to define scope, acceptance criteria, priorities, and expected outcomes.
- Coordinate stakeholders and resolve competing priorities, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
- Partner with technology teams across solution design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
- Track product performance metrics, risks, milestones, and delivery progress.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance product performance.
- Communicate product updates, recommendations, and key decisions to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 8–12 years of relevant professional experience.




- Strong hands-on domain knowledge in Life Insurance or Wealth Insurance — mandatory.
- Proven experience in Product Management, product delivery, or product backlog management.
- Experience defining product roadmaps, prioritising features, and managing user stories.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into product requirements and measurable outcomes.
- B.E./B.Tech. degree required.
- Must be based in Delhi NCR and willing to work on-site in Gurugram.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous MNC experience.
- CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or an equivalent product management certification.
- Experience working with high-net-worth (HNW) customer requirements.
- Experience managing complex products and coordinating multiple business and technology stakeholders.
