- Expert TIG on SS 304/316 and Aluminium - specifically ask for stainless steel and aluminium materials
- Able to weld with/without filler, thin gauge, tube-to-tube, tube-to-sheet
- Reads 2D drawings, weld symbols, understands WPS (current, gas flow, preheat)
- Knows defects: porosity, tungsten inclusion, undercut, and how to prevent
Qual: ITI Welder / Diploma
Job: Perform TIG welding on SS 304/316 and Al as per drawing & WPS, set up TIG machine, select tungsten/filler/argon, fit-up with fixtures, inspect and repair welds to meet quality standards. Maintain 5S and safety.
Must: TIG on SS & Al, blueprint reading, argon purging, DPT transparent welds.
Pay: ₹25k-45k + PF/ESI + OT + Food. Weld test on interview day.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
