We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to lead our Calicut center while delivering quality aviation education and supporting student career development.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IATA Faculty & Center Head to manage academic activities, deliver aviation-related training, oversee center operations, and support student admissions and career development.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver IATA-related and aviation management classes effectively.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and practical training activities.
- Guide students in airline operations, airport management, travel and tourism, and related subjects.
- Monitor student performance, attendance, and academic progress.
- Manage the daily operations of the Calicut center.
- Coordinate faculty members, academic counselors, and administrative staff.
- Monitor admissions, student enrollment, and academic performance.
- Maintain academic standards,



student satisfaction, and institutional discipline.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and industry professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Aviation, Airline and Airport Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
- Relevant IATA certification or qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in aviation training, teaching, or academic administration is preferred.
- Experience in educational center management, team leadership, or student admissions is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage academic responsibilities alongside center operations.
