We are looking for a responsible and motivated Junior Site Engineer cum Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety guidelines, and project timelines.
Experience- 2 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities, labour, and subcontractors.
- Interpret construction drawings and ensure proper execution.
- Monitor work quality, material usage, and site progress.
- Maintain daily site reports and labour records.
- Coordinate with senior engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project schedules.
Requirements:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- knowledge of construction practices and civil drawings.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
