Conversion UX Strategist – Landing Pages, Funnels & AI-Assisted UI

Job Description

We are looking for a Conversion UX Strategist to plan conversion-focused landing pages and customer journeys for digital marketing campaigns. This role focuses on understanding business goals, researching target audiences, analyzing competitor websites and landing pages, and developing clear page structures, content strategies, and enquiry flows before design or development begins.

This is a strategy and planning role, not a conventional website designer or website developer position. You will prepare landing page plans, wireframes, section-by-section content outlines, calls to action, and conversion journeys for client approval. Once the strategy is approved, AI-assisted design tools and the design or development team may be used to turn the approved plan into a landing page.

The ideal candidate should understand how website structure, messaging, user experience, trust signals, and calls to action influence enquiries, leads, bookings, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client business goals, target audiences, services, unique selling points, and desired conversion actions, such as calls, WhatsApp enquiries, form submissions, and bookings.
- Research target customers, their pain points, buying intent, objections, expectations, and decision-making factors.
- Analyze competitor websites, landing pages, advertising messages, offers, page structures, and conversion approaches to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Plan landing pages for Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
- Map the complete customer journey from advertisement or search result to landing page, enquiry form or contact action, and thank-you page.
- Develop section-by-section landing page structures, including headlines, value propositions, service benefits, offers, social proof, testimonials, FAQs, trust signals, and calls to action.
- Create wireframes, page layouts, content outlines, and conversion flow documents using Google Docs, presentation tools, wireframing tools,



or other suitable platforms.
- Plan clear user journeys and page navigation to reduce confusion, communicate value quickly, and encourage relevant enquiries.
- Recommend suitable lead capture methods, including enquiry forms, click-to-call buttons, WhatsApp buttons, booking options, and other conversion elements.
- Ensure landing page messaging aligns with the advertisement, search intent, target audience, and client's actual service offering.
- Identify potential conversion barriers, such as unclear messaging, weak calls to action, unnecessary form fields, missing trust elements, and inconsistent page content.
- Prepare detailed landing page strategy documents for client review and approval before design or development begins.
- Use AI-assisted tools to explore page concepts, generate layout references, organize content, and accelerate the transition from approved strategy to visual design.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, copywriters, and digital marketing specialists to ensure the approved conversion strategy is implemented correctly.
- Review completed landing pages against the approved plan and suggest improvements based on user experience, campaign objectives, and available performance data.
- Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) by identifying opportunities for testing headlines, offers, page sections, calls to action, and enquiry flows.

- Candidates from UX planning, conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, landing page strategy, website planning, content strategy,



performance marketing, or customer journey mapping backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates who have planned landing pages or website journeys for real business objectives will be preferred.
- Candidates with practical project work, wireframes, landing page plans, website audits, content structures, or conversion-focused case studies can demonstrate their suitability through a portfolio.
- A specific job title or formal design qualification is not mandatory if you can demonstrate strong practical understanding of conversion-focused website planning.
- Candidates should be comfortable researching business requirements, organizing ideas, explaining strategic decisions, and preparing structured documents for client approval.

Preferred Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Practical experience or portfolio work involving landing page strategy, UX planning, conversion optimization, digital marketing funnels, or website content planning will be an advantage. Website coding and full website development are not the primary responsibilities of this role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
