Balaji Plastic Industries is looking for an experienced and capable Factory Supervisor to oversee overall factory operations, manage the workforce and ensure effective production, quality and operational discipline.
Job Details:
- Position: Factory Supervisor
- Experience: Minimum 10 years

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day factory operations and production activities.
- Supervise and manage machine operators, workers and helpers.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely achievement of targets.
- Monitor product quality, rejection rates and material wastage.
- Ensure smooth machine operation and minimise production downtime.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, attendance and inventory coordination.
- Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping and factory discipline.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in factory supervision or production management.
- Experience in plastic manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of injection moulding and/or blow moulding operations will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and workforce management skills.
- Ability to handle production challenges, improve efficiency and maintain quality standards.
- Responsible, disciplined and capable of managing overall factory operations independently.
