Kovilpatti AsiaCandy is looking for a Customer Communication Executive who can communicate effectively with customers in Hindi and Tamil/English.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Communicate with Hindi-speaking customers and explain product details.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and orders.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
Requirements
- Hindi-speaking ability is mandatory.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
