GSS Projects Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a well-organized and proactive Personal Secretary to provide administrative and executive support to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The candidate will be responsible for managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings, following up on assigned tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between the CTO and various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage the CTO’s daily work, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate with different departments and teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow up on assigned tasks, deadlines, and meeting action points.
- Maintain records, prepare meeting schedules, and handle official correspondence.
- Communicate important updates between the CTO and other teams.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the CTO.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Graduate.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize daily activities.
