Position: Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in Retail Sales, B2B Sales, and Dealer Management. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers, expanding the dealer network, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and B2B customers.
- Generate recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Regularly visit dealer points, retail outlets, and customer locations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new markets and potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and timely delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide relevant market feedback to management.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Retail Sales, B2B Sales, Dealer Sales, or Channel Sales.
- Experience in handling dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of the Vapi and surrounding markets will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in business development.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from Building Materials, Plywood, Laminates, ACP, Glass, Hardware, Paints, Sanitaryware, or related industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
