- Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
- Location: Sector 8, Noida
- Shift: US Night Shift
- Work Mode: 100% Work From Office
- Salary: Open / As per experience
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities.
- Generate leads through online research, networking, and other channels.
- Connect with potential clients and pitch the company's services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Negotiate with clients and support business growth.
- Achieve business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and sales pipelines.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Knowledge of US Staffing or IT Staffing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads, pitch services, and convert prospects into clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and US night shifts.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are preferred.
