About EZAR EV

EZAR EV is developing a convenient EV charging service that allows customers to get their electric vehicles picked up, charged at a nearby charging station, and returned to their preferred location through the EZAR EV App.

Our service makes EV charging hassle-free by managing the entire process, from pickup to delivery.

Job Summary

We are looking for responsible, customer-friendly, and reliable drivers to join our EV charging operations team. The selected candidate will use the EZAR EV App to receive customer bookings, accept assigned requests, pick up vehicles from customers, take them to nearby EV charging stations, monitor the charging process, and safely return the vehicles to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Use the EZAR EV App to receive and accept customer bookings.
- Travel to the customer's location after accepting a booking.
- Verify the customer's booking details and vehicle condition before pickup.
- Safely collect the customer's electric vehicle and handle the keys responsibly.
- Drive the vehicle to the nearest suitable EV charging station.
- Connect or arrange charging of the vehicle as per the company's operating procedures.
- Monitor charging progress and coordinate with the operations team whenever required.
- Ensure the vehicle is charged as per the customer's booking requirements.
- Safely return the vehicle to the customer's designated location after charging.
- Collect or process customer payments through the approved company payment process.




- Update pickup, charging, and delivery status in the EZAR EV App.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and provide a smooth service experience.
- Follow traffic rules, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Report any vehicle damage, delays, technical issues, or customer complaints immediately.

Eligibility Criteria

- Valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicles assigned.
- Good driving skills and knowledge of local roads and routes.
- Ability to use a smartphone and operate mobile applications.
- Basic understanding of customer service and payment procedures.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and well-mannered.
- Ability to handle customers' vehicles with care and responsibility.
- Previous experience as a driver, chauffeur, pickup and delivery executive, or fleet driver will be preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, as per operational requirements.
