- Supervise and execute civil and structural works at the project site.
- Monitor RCC works, including reinforcement, shuttering and concreting.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects and MEP agencies.
- Review and implement architectural and structural drawings.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure adherence to the project schedule.
- Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship in accordance with specifications and relevant IS codes.
- Verify quantities, measurements, material requirements and work progress.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for their timely resolution.
- Maintain daily progress records, inspection reports and construction documentation.
- Coordinate civil works with MEP and finishing activities.
- Support project planning and schedule-recovery measures.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
