Job Description – Assistant Project Manager (Interior – Residential)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to manage residential interior projects, coordinate with site teams and vendors, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion with the expected quality standards.

Key Responsibilities;

- Manage and monitor residential interior projects from execution to handover.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, carpenters, and installation teams.
- Review interior drawings, BOQs, measurements, and material requirements.
- Plan material dispatch, logistics, and installation schedules.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, gas, and other service vendors.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Coordinate with clients regarding project updates, requirements, and handover.
- Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collection as per company policy.
- Maintain project reports, documentation, and daily progress updates.




- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.

Requirements,

- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
- Experience: 2–5 years in residential interior project execution.
- Valuable knowledge of interior drawings, BOQs, measurements, and site coordination.
- Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Age should be below 30

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across ECR, Chennai.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

- Residential interior project planning and execution.

- Quality control and client coordination.
- Material planning, cost control, and project documentation.
