ETO Solution Architect: Key Skills Functional depth and breadth: , fluent across end-to-end processes and their integration points Technical architecture: S/4HANA clean core and extensibility, integration (CPI, APIs, IDocs), master data, and enough ABAP/RICEFW to scope and review technical work Run and support mindset: Designs for supportability, manages the change pipeline, does root-cause triage, and knows releases, transports, and ITSM Compliance: GxP, CSV/CSA, Part 11, validation-aware change control Thought leadership: Owns design authority and standards, keeps a roadmap view of SAP direction and AI, and pushes standard over custom Influence: Bridges business, IT, and QA, earns credibility with senior leaders, and mentors the team
