Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage accounting and financial operations for our garment retail franchise outlets dealing in reputed fashion brands such as PUMA, Lakshita, Madame, JACK & JONES and other leading brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily sales, purchase and expense records for retail outlets.
- Handle GST billing, purchase entries, sales entries and GST reconciliation.
- Manage daily cash, UPI, credit/debit card and bank transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records.
- Monitor stock entries, inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Manage vendor payments, outstanding balances and supplier accounts.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and financial reports.
- Verify retail POS billing data and reconcile it with actual sales.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in GST returns, TDS and other statutory compliance.




- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, credit notes, debit notes and vouchers.
- Coordinate with store managers for sales, stock and accounting-related matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail or garment industry.
- Positive knowledge of GST, Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Experience with retail POS billing and inventory management software.
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and time management.
- Ability to manage accounts of multiple retail outlets.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates having prior experience with fashion retail stores, garment showrooms, multi-brand outlets or franchise businesses will be preferred.
