1. BECOME AN EXPERT IN SELLING ON QUICK COMMERCE PLATFORMS: Learn how to grow a brand's business on leading Q-commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. Understand platform operations, product visibility, pricing, promotions, inventory management, and sales growth strategies with guidance from industry experts.

2. PRODUCT LISTING & CATALOGUE MANAGEMENT: Learn how to create, manage, and optimize product listings across Q-commerce platforms. Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, MRP, selling prices, and other catalogue details are accurate and updated. Assist in onboarding newly launched SKUs and maintaining product information across platforms.

3. PRODUCT VISIBILITY & SEARCH OPTIMIZATION: Understand how customers discover products on quick commerce apps. Work on improving product discoverability through relevant keywords, optimized product titles, accurate categorization, catalogue quality, and platform-specific best practices. Monitor product visibility and identify opportunities to improve search performance.

4. SALES ANALYSIS & PERFORMANCE TRACKING: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across assigned Q-commerce platforms. Track important metrics such as sales, units sold, average selling price, product availability, and stock-outs. Prepare Excel or Google Sheets reports and identify opportunities to improve sales and overall business performance.

5. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT & STOCK AVAILABILITY: Coordinate with internal teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability across relevant dark stores and fulfilment locations. Track stock-outs, low inventory, and replenishment requirements. Help maintain product availability and minimize lost sales due to inventory issues.

6. PROMOTIONS, OFFERS & PLATFORM MARKETING:



Assist in planning and executing platform-specific promotions, discounts, deals, and visibility campaigns. Understand how promotional activities influence sales, product discovery, and customer purchases. Coordinate with internal teams and platform representatives to execute campaigns and monitor their performance.

7. COMPETITOR ANALYSIS & PRODUCT RESEARCH: Research competing brands and products listed on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other relevant platforms. Compare product pricing, pack sizes, discounts, ratings, reviews, assortment, and visibility. Identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities to improve the brand's competitive positioning.

8. QUICK COMMERCE OPERATIONS & COORDINATION: Understand the end-to-end functioning of Q-commerce platforms, including product onboarding, order fulfilment processes, inventory coordination, returns or claims where applicable, and issue resolution. Coordinate with internal teams and platform contacts to resolve listing errors, pricing discrepancies, stock issues, and other operational challenges.

9. REPORTING, DATA ANALYSIS & BUSINESS INSIGHTS: Use Excel, Google Sheets, and platform dashboards to analyse business performance and prepare regular reports. Maintain trackers for sales, inventory, pricing, promotions, and product availability.



Convert data into actionable insights to support better business decisions and improve platform performance.

10. LEARN AND IMPLEMENT Q-COMMERCE GROWTH STRATEGIES: Stay updated on new platform features, category trends, competitor activities, and emerging Q-commerce opportunities. Work with the team to identify ways to improve sales, increase product visibility, expand the product assortment, and grow the brand's presence across quick commerce channels.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Commitment to learn and grow quickly in the Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) industry.
- Show diligence, accuracy, and attention to detail in day-to-day work.
- Be enthusiastic about brainstorming ideas and suggesting ways to improve sales and product visibility on Q-Commerce platforms.
- Be a self-starter who is willing to take responsibility and work independently.
- Ability to identify operational challenges, analyse problems, and propose effective solutions.
- Be dependable, proactive, and committed to maintaining a strong work ethic.
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with team members and work towards common business goals.
- Interest in building a career in Quick Commerce, E-commerce operations, and marketplace management, with the ambition to grow into a Q-Commerce expert or category head.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracking sales, inventory, and business performance.
- Strong organisational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
