- Prepare and produce a wide range of bakery products including breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts.
- Ensure consistent taste, texture, quality, presentation, and freshness of all bakery products.
- Follow standardized recipes, production schedules, portion sizes, and food safety procedures.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, proofers, and other tools safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and coordinate with the purchase/store team for timely availability.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in the bakery.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
