- Supervise and manage daily nursing operations.
- Ensure quality patient care and patient safety.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage nursing staff allocation.
- Monitor nursing procedures, documentation, and infection control practices.
- Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.
- Evaluate nursing staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and accreditation requirements.
- Maintain nursing records and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- Relevant experience in nursing administration and supervision.
- Positive leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
