Job Title: Corporate Relationship Manager – Academy

Experience: 4 Years to 6 Years

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Corporate Relationship Manager to build relationships with colleges and educational institutions to create placement opportunities for students trained at our academy. Bring students to our institution and industry focussed training.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain relationships with colleges and placement departments.

· Coordinate with college placement officers, HODs, and management.

· Establish partnerships for student placements, recruitment drives, and career opportunities.

· Arrange placement drives, campus recruitment activities, and student interaction sessions.

· Present the academy's training programs and student profiles to colleges.





· Follow up with colleges to identify placement opportunities for academy students.

· Maintain college contacts, partnership details, and placement records.

Required Skills:

· 4+ Years of experience in college relations, business development, or placement coordination.

· Those who had contacts with colleges prior

· Positive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Willingness to travel and meet college representatives when required.

· Experience in the education or training industry is an added advantage.
