Designation: Sr HR Recruiter
Salary: 40K to 50K, based on previous salary please negotiate.
Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)(Once in a while need to visit our office for review)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Week Off: Sunday

Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruit Inside Sales Executives as per company requirements.
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
3. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
4. Contact candidates and explain job roles, salary details, and responsibilities.
5. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
6. Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
7. Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
8. Daily Hiring, make sure at least 15 candidates join as Inside Sales Executives every working day.
Candidate Requirements:
2–3 years of proven experience in HR recruitment.
Experience in bulk hiring or sales recruitment is preferred. Positive verbal and written communication skills. Must be available to join immediately. Ability to work independently and meet daily recruitment targets.
Only candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience will be considered.
Noted: In lamen language, you need to source and screen 15 candidates per day, who are immediate joiner for inside sales executive designation. We are doing bulk hirings for inside sales(Non-technical). If you can do this work please apply. If you feel that you cant get this number then please ignore. We need candidates who are serious and want to have growth along with the company. We are expanding to Chennai and Hyderabad.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
