Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, material receipts, storage, and dispatch activities. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and practical knowledge of ERP systems for inventory management and material transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
- Handle material receipt, inspection coordination, storage, and issue.
- Ensure all inward and outward material transactions are recorded in the ERP system.
- Monitor stock movements, material consumption, and reorder levels.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with ERP records.
- Maintain proper documentation, including GRN, material issue slips, delivery challans, and stock registers.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and other departments for material availability.
- Ensure proper material identification, labeling, storage, and housekeeping.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Prevent stock shortages, excess inventory, material damage, and unauthorized issues.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in store management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with ERP software for inventory and material management.
- Good knowledge of inventory reconciliation, stock audits, and material documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting.
- Strong coordination, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred ERP Knowledge

Experience with any relevant ERP system, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally ERP, or another inventory management ERP, is preferred.
