- Manage day-to-day operations of the NICU and ensure quality neonatal care.
- Supervise nursing staff, duty rosters, attendance, and performance.
- Coordinate with neonatologists and other healthcare teams for patient care.
- Ensure compliance with medication, documentation, infection-control, and safety protocols.
- Monitor NICU equipment, medicines, and consumable stock.
- Handle emergencies and ensure timely escalation of critical cases.
- Conduct staff training and maintain departmental records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and NABH standards.
Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM with valid Nursing Council registration.
Experience: 3–5 years of NICU experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Skills: Leadership, neonatal care, communication, teamwork, emergency management, and infection control.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
