Appnox Technologies delivers custom software, web, and mobile app development solutions that help businesses solve challenges and grow. We’re looking for an Email Marketing Executive to generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns and support our business development team.

About the Role

You will manage email campaigns from audience research and prospect segmentation to copywriting, execution, and performance analysis. This role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and experience promoting technology services to business audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to generate leads for custom software, web, and mobile app development services.
- Research target markets, identify relevant prospects, and build and maintain segmented email lists.
- Write compelling subject lines, email copy, and follow-up sequences tailored to each audience.
- Manage campaign scheduling, testing, and optimization using email marketing and outreach tools.
- Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, replies, qualified leads, and conversions to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Test messaging, subject lines, and campaign sequences to improve results.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to qualify responses, coordinate lead handoffs, and align campaigns with business goals.




- Maintain accurate campaign and lead records in CRM systems.
- Follow email marketing best practices, including list hygiene, sender reputation management, and unsubscribe handling.

Qualifications and Skills

- At least one year of email marketing experience within the software, web, or mobile app development industry.
- Demonstrated experience generating and nurturing B2B leads through email campaigns.
- Strong written English, copywriting, and proofreading skills.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing or outreach platforms, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of audience segmentation, A/B testing, email deliverability, and campaign analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
