Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyses, and document business and technical requirements.
- Develop and support Target Operating Models (TOM) and cybersecurity strategies.
- Prepare user stories, use cases, process maps, and acceptance test scenarios.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, project managers, IT teams, and vendors.
- Prepare test plans and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery issues.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and operational processes.
- Support project implementation, business transition, and junior Business Analysts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst.
- Experience in business requirements gathering and IT solution delivery.
- Knowledge of Target Operating Models (TOM) and strategy development.




- Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum or Protected.
- Good understanding of business process documentation and testing.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and work with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
