About the Opportunity

We are hiring a TPA cum Credit Executive for one of our reputed hospital clients in Kotputli, Rajasthan. We are looking for a candidate with mandatory experience in a corporate hospital who can independently manage TPA operations, cashless insurance cases, and credit-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage TPA operations, including cashless insurance approvals, pre-authorizations, and claim processing.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), and corporate clients regarding patient claims and approvals.
- Verify insurance documents, patient eligibility, policy coverage, and required medical documentation.
- Follow up on pending approvals, claim submissions, query resolutions, and outstanding payments.
- Handle credit billing, corporate billing, and insurance-related documentation.
- Monitor claim rejections, deductions, and delayed payments, and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of TPA cases, credit transactions, and outstanding receivables.




- Coordinate with hospital billing, accounts, medical, and front-office teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support timely claim settlement and collection of outstanding dues.

Candidate Requirements

- Mandatory experience working in a corporate hospital.
- Prior experience in TPA operations, cashless insurance processing, hospital billing, and credit management.
- Good understanding of medical insurance claims, pre-authorizations, documentation, and claim settlement procedures.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
- Must be willing to relocate to Kotputli, Rajasthan.

Compensation: Preferably candidates with a current CTC below ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
