Job Overview

Safezy is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Executive with experience in product sales and services, preferably in PPE and industrial safety products. The candidate will be responsible for sales calling, handling social media enquiries, cross-selling products, and managing day-to-day sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make sales calls to prospective and existing customers to generate business.
- Handle customer enquiries received through social media and other channels.
- Promote and sell PPE and industrial safety products.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend suitable products to customers.
- Follow up with leads, customers, and pending enquiries to convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and enquiry trackers.




- Build and maintain good customer relationships to support repeat business.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, order processing, and timely delivery.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer handling.
- Experience in product sales and services is preferred.
- Knowledge of PPE and industrial safety products will be an advantage.
- Positive communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media handling and MS Office.
- A target-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
