Job Summary

Medicare Environmental Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and experienced Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

- Key Responsibilities – Electrical Supervisor
- Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work.
- Monitor electrical wiring, panels, motors, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety rules and standards.
- Allocate tasks to electricians and technicians.
- Inspect electrical systems and troubleshoot faults.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule.
- Monitor work quality and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain maintenance records and daily work reports.
- Ensure proper use of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other departments.

Qualification

- ITI in Electrician / Electrical Trade is required for many entry-level electrical jobs.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering is preferred for some supervisor positions.
- Relevant experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
- Electrical Supervisor Competency Certificate or licence, if required by the employer or applicable regulations.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards, wiring diagrams, and maintenance procedures.




- Ability to read electrical drawings and use electrical testing instruments.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills are an advantage.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in handling electrical panels, motors, wiring, and equipment.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Experience in supervising electricians and technicians.
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and PPE.
- Ability to identify faults and carry out repairs.
- Maintain daily maintenance reports and inspection records.
