We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team in Ambattur, Chennai. Job Summary

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the Accounts Manager with routine financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of accounting experience, working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel, and a strong focus on accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and routine accounting transactions.
- Maintain purchase invoices, sales invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
- Record and maintain financial transactions using Tally ERP.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain vendor accounts and coordinate with vendors regarding invoices and payment-related documentation.
- Verify accounting entries and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Prepare basic accounting reports and summaries using MS Excel.
- Maintain organized accounting records for internal review and reference.
- Support the Accounts Manager in routine accounting activities and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain necessary invoices and accounting documents.
- Follow company accounting procedures and applicable compliance requirements.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Understanding of accounting principles, debit and credit entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Familiarity with invoice processing, bank reconciliation, and vendor accounts.
- Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work effectively within a team.
- Minimum Commitment: Candidates should be willing to continue in the role for at least 8 months after joining.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial company.
- Familiarity with purchase and sales accounting, GST-related documentation, and basic accounting compliance.
- Candidates with pending academic arrears may apply if they meet the role requirements.
