- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth and revenue targets.

- Manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Generate qualified franchise leads and improve lead conversion.

- Lead social media, content marketing, influencer campaigns, and brand promotions.

- Plan current outlet launches, local store marketing, and customer acquisition campaigns.

- Manage SEO, website optimization, CRM, WhatsApp marketing, and customer retention initiatives.

- Lead the marketing team, creative resources, and external agencies.

- Monitor marketing budgets, CPL, lead quality, campaign ROI, and other business KPIs.

- Coordinate with sales, franchise development, and operations teams to achieve growth targets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
