Field Collection Executive

Thakamalika Finances is looking for a responsible, confident, and result-oriented Field Collection Executive to manage and recover long-pending outstanding payments from customers.

The selected candidate will be required to travel across assigned areas, visit customers personally, follow up on overdue payments, and ensure the timely collection of outstanding dues. The role requires good communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a professional approach to dealing with customers.

Key Responsibilities

● Visit customers across different assigned areas to collect long-pending outstanding payments.

● Follow up with customers who have overdue payments and arrange payment commitments.

● Identify customers with long-pending dues and take appropriate follow-up action.

● Maintain regular communication with customers through phone calls and personal visits.

● Negotiate reasonable repayment schedules with customers, where appropriate and authorised.

● Maintain accurate records of collections, pending payments, customer visits, and follow-up dates.

● Submit daily collection reports and provide updates to management.





● Plan daily travel routes to maximise collection efficiency.

● Build professional relationships with customers while ensuring effective recovery of outstanding funds.

● Coordinate with the office and accounts team regarding collections and unresolved cases.

Requirements

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Willingness to travel extensively across assigned areas.

● Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and confidently.

● Strong follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

● Basic knowledge of smartphones and record-keeping.

● Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

● Previous experience in finance, loan collection, banking, field sales, or payment recovery is an advantage.

● Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to work in the field are welcome.

Salary and Perks

● Salary: Based on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
